Job Description

HR Office Manager - 6 Month Contract - Diegem, Belgium

Global IT Solutions Company is looking for a HR Manger to carry out HR and office management duties for the Belgium branch of 40 people. You will report into the Belgium General Manager and Corporate HR.

Your main responsibilities will cover the following: -

HR, i.e. Contracts, interlocutor for payroll, interlocutor insurance agent, follow up of holidays, TIL and sickness, Recruitment and selection, creation of process in line with the Belgium Social Law

High Level Management Documents i.e. Ensure filing of Annual Accounts and liaise with accountants, VAT, Ensure filing of company Income tax return and liaise with TAX office

Overall Administration i.e. Check major invoices before processing, negotiation with suppliers for renewal of contracts and/or better rates, follow up of visa procedures

Reception Management i.e. full service for in house trainings, booking of conf bridges and meeting rooms, stationary stock management

The ideal candidate will have a strong experience as a HR Generalist with strong Administration and office management experience. You must be fluent in Dutch and English and have strong Excel skills.

Salary Indication:

€250 - €350 per day + Benefits
