Outsourcing Manager, Leading Healthcare Company, Switzerland,

My client is a global Healthcare Provider with excellent product pipelines in the industry. They are urgently seeking to recruit an Outsourcing Manager to ensure that external vendor services are procured according to project needs and manage the contracting of clinical study activities at an International level.

Description

As an Outsourcing Manager, you would be responsible for:

* leading the CRO selection process by preparing Request for Proposal packages (incl detailed specifications for contract activities to include country-specific issues, reviewing and providing cost comparisons for all received proposals),
* negotiating budget and contract terms,
* monitoring contract performance and budget/invoicing,
* supporting the development and updating the contract templates.

Key Requirements

The Outsourcing Manager should have the following skills/background:

* experience with clinical research/CRO,
* good understanding of project management principles,
* strong contractual awareness,
* excellent communication skills with strong emphasis in negotiating.

Salary Indication:

€75000 - €80000 per annum + benefits package
