Job Description

Funciones:
-Monthly Business Review reporting: provide reporting and analysis of revenue and margin performance and provide future growth projections.
-Work with/support the Finance Manager to continuously drive accountability (‘as if the business is our own’) drive continuous business improvements promote a ‘no surprise’ culture and improve reporting.
-Develop an in-depth understanding of Country’s activities in the areas of revenue generation cost control Country cost per box productivity capacity and other resource planning accounts receivable collection issues capital expenditure. Understand customer base activity levels and components affecting Country growth.
Analyze the market and associated price developments.
Provide management information and analysis by collecting data and metrics compile the necessary reports.
-To analyse endlessly and provide the right messages to the business to address priorities. Challenge the business to commit to improved performance and challenge to deliver upon accountabilities.
-With one foot in the operation proactively communicating with all disciplines identify risks and opportunities educate the business and provide recommendations to improve business performance.
Educate the field with appropriate communication of significant events; minimize surprises.
-Support budgeting and the business planning process support developing country revenue and operating cash flow targets and summarize capital expenditure requirements. Support future growth projections and resource planning.
-Act as a real partner working closely with the business and serve as a knowledged field resource.
-Analyze proposed capital expenditures as they relate to revenue growth and ensure proposal . Support proposals with business cases.
-Monitor projects (whether capital or not) after their completion to determine actual performance. Compare with business case and determine the key lessons for improvement. Communicate these lessons appropriately.
-Promote price management of existing customers through establishment of Country standard prices coordination of price increases understanding of price rationalization and maximizing opportunities to leverage storage vs. service pricing trade-offs where appropriate.
-Analyze LVA’s evaluate sales information determine strategic pricing options and offer creative selling solutions to assist in closing the sales process within approved rates of return.
-Compile performance tracking report for review with regard to reimbursement of paid out perm and (upfront) capital expenditures.
-Assist in roll out of new financial systems and due diligence on Country-related acquisitions.

Requirements:

-Bachelors degree in finance-related field.
-A good organizer. Responds swiftly, as necessary, to requests and assists with issues. Maintains continuity in recurring responsibilities and meets deadlines.

-Strong analytical and communication skills
-Excellent written and verbal communications skills both in native language and English.
-Excellent MS Excel skills
-Minimum three years experience in the role of Sr Analyst and/or Controller
-Experience with financial accounting and control function.
-Familiar with Sarbanes Oxley compliance issues and US GAAP or IFRS
-BI reporting tools (Cognos, Hyperion or any equivalent)
