Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for applying developed knowledge of the job skills, company policies and procedures to complete complex and specialized tasks in a creative and effective way. Works on assignments that are complex in nature and require judgment, initiative, and technical/specialized knowledge to resolve problems and/or develop recommended solutions.

Salary Indication:

up to €11K + full relocation provided

Requirements:

• German language – native or C1 / C2 on EU classification
• Good level of English – Not fluent, but the business language is English and its beneficial for their future prospects within the organization.
• Excellent communication skills
• Technical knowledge an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for validating customer entitlement, log case for the purpose of routing or dispatching an end-user to the proper resources.
• Responds to customer issues and successfully resolve technical issues (related to IPG) from incoming customer contacts and proactive notification systems.
• Responds to service, product, technical, and customer-relations questions on subjects such as features, specifications, and repairs on current and discontinued products, parts, and options, based on customer entitlement (for example warranty, enterprise and some mission-critical). Provides resolution and feedback based on analysis.
• Keep Customers Informed on case development status. Provide information to solve customer problem for customer satisfaction.
• Proactively assist customers to avoid or reduce problem occurrence.
• Timely elevation and/or escalation, when get complex problem. Works with escalated customers and recommends actions in post incident reviews.
• Participates in projects for process or quality improvements.
