Department description: Customers experiencing problems with the product can contact the Service 24h department for assistance 365 days per year, 7 days a week and 24 hours a day.
Working hours: 30hours shifts

Starting Date : ASAP

Some of company’s working terms and conditions:

• € 1300p.m. gross (based on 30hours a week average)
• Shift allowance (based on actual worked shift based hours)

Requirements:

• Mother tongue Dutch
• Fluency in English (corporate language)
• Good written and verbal skills
• Advanced negotiation skills
• Computer literacy
• Knowledge of German geography and culture
• Experience in customer care
• Good understanding of customer satisfaction
• Team player
• Open-minded to a diversity of cultures.
• Ability to prioritize, analyze, plan and coordinate on high volumes

Responsibilities:

Your Responsibilities as Customer Service Representative will include:

• Answering incoming calls from customers requiring assistance.
• Details are collated and entered into a computerised system. In case the problem can’t be solved by telephone, the employee contacts the nearest dealer who will send out a technician.
• The philosophy is to ensure the problem is solved efficiently as soon as possible, so the customer can stay happy with the service.
