Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITY:

•You should be able to provide excellent customer service and technical solutions to customers.
•Required to work in the team and support your team in achieving the highest quality standards.
•Will be required to take inbound telephone calls where business needs.
•Take ownership to ensure closure for all issues which cannot be resolved whilst dealing with the customer/Assisting product specialists to find resolutions.
•Assist your team manager in assessing and auditing responses and completing quality response.
