Requirements:

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Fluency in both English / French.
•Customer service experience.
Experience in Microsoft Office and Internet

Responsibilities:

You would be expected to provide excellent customer service solutions to customers.
Required to work in the team and support your team in achieving the highest quality standards.
Will be required to take inbound telephone calls where business needs.
•Take ownership to ensure closure for all issues which cannot be resolved whilst dealing with the customer/Assisting product specialists to find resolutions.
•Assist your team manager in assessing and auditing responses and completing quality response.
