The product management department is responsible for the acquiring and supervision of holiday homes in Europe, as well as contact with the house owners. Requirements:

- HBO/Bachelor think and working level, affinity with tourism and automation
- A minimal 5 year working experience in the commercial sector; administration experience is required.
- Knowledge of and affinity with holiday home sector
- Resident of a nearby touristic region, or willing to settle in such a region
- An outstanding network in tourism or in the region you will be assign to work.
- An outstanding knowledge of the language of the region both in word and writing
- Strong personality, capable of negotiating independently
- Capable of clearly expressing and conversing.
- You are in possession of a car.

Responsibilities:

- Search and purchase independently for holiday homes in a specific region
- Create offers and formulate price and profit
- Contract negotiations with privately-owned house owners
- Process and input of correct information concerning the holiday home in our information system
- Review, supervise and improve the quality of our product
- Maintain an outstanding relationship with the holiday home owners
- You report to the Area manager
